General conditions of sale

1. The current price list replaces all previous ones ;
2. prices quoted are for resellers only
3. The goods are sold ex-nursery in Pistoia and before VAT
4. our invoices are calculated in euros, any currencies other than euros will be converted using the exchange rate current at the time of shipment
5. complaints will not be accepted if they are not received within five days after the goods have been received by either fax or return-receipt registered letter
6. delays due to damage, shortages, exchange of items, etc. must be directed towards whoever carried out the shipment. In any case, once the goods are cleared, any shipments that are refused will lose all rights to compensation
7. we will not be responsible for the adaptation of the plants after our delivery since this will depend on the care given to them after their delivery, on soil, climatic and planting conditions
8. special packing, pallets, etc. are at the buyer’s expense
9. payments must be made exclusively to our firm
10. non-payment within the specified time limit will result interest being charged at the effective rate
11. we will retain complete ownership of the goods until final payment is received
12. he Court of Pistoia will have jurisdiction over any disputes
